HITTING / PITCHING / STRENGTH

  • Programs Run from January 17 - March 15 (OFF 2/14-2/15)
  • Offered Saturdays and Sundays
  • Options for ages 8-16
  • Maximum of 5 players per coach
  • If needed to start January 24-25 e-mail and we can offer a discounted rate!

Cost: $425 for Eight 90-minute sessions

$495 for High School workouts (2 hours/session)

SATURDAYS - 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM or 12:45-2:15 PM

SATURDAYS - 10:30 AM - NOON or 2:15-3:45 PM

PITCHING/STRENGTH LABS - The complete pitchers workout!

  • High repetition BP and Bullpen sessions for optimal mechanical improvement 

  • 8-week program with 90-minute sessions
