Our Mission

The NY Bluebirds Youth Baseball Organization was founded in the Winter of 2014 with the mission of providing the finest baseball training in the New York City area to promising young players who love baseball and want to work hard towards improving their game while giving top value to families. We felt travel baseball had evolved more into recreational leagues, and players were not receiving the correct training or service needed from a high-level program.

We strive to make our program stand out from the rest with our unique pro-style training approach that teaches fundamental baseball with attention to detail in a boutique setting. Our program is not designed for everyone, but it is designed to help players reach their potential playing the game while learning valuable lessons about teamwork, hard work, discipline, and leadership. Our coaching staff is second to none and the reason our players have found a home with us. We feature an amazing coaching staff with several former pros and all with many years of youth coaching experience. In addition, we strive to foster a family and community atmosphere where parents feel welcomed and are given personal customer service and clear communication.

We provide year-round access to a Manhattan-based indoor gym with batting cages, pitching and conditioning areas for all off-season workouts as well as outdoor fields on Randall's Island. We challenge our players through competition in top local leagues and well-known and well-run tournaments. We have Fall and Spring teams for ages 8U through 14U and Summer teams for 12U through 16U as well.

We are constantly looking for experienced and passionate players to join our teams who are supported by families who understand that a player's development should be the primary focus. We welcome your child to try out for our teams and can answer questions by email at [email protected]. We hope to see you on the fields and Go Blue!
